Patient's case history/ current clinical reports/ scans & details of previous treatment taken can be shared with us for the evaluation by our team of expert doctors which would enable us to provide the cost and treatment plan prior to patient arrival.

Yes, we do provide visa assistance letter after receiving the passport details of the patient and attendant(s) to enable in obtaining the medical visa.

Payment can be made through cash/ credit cards at the time of admission. We have in-house authorized foreign currency exchange counter. The payments can also be transferred to the Hospital accounts through wire transfer prior to the arrival/ travelers cheque.

Yes, we provide complementary pick /drop from/to airport to international patients. We organize the pick up on receiving the patient's travel itinerary.

Yes, attendant is provided the hospital stay with patient in case if they have opted for a double and single room. We also provide complementary meals to attendant (thrice a day).

We have tie-up with hotels/ guest houses/ service apartments in the vicinity of the hospital for our international patients. We share the list of the same in advance with our patients. They can do the booking directly or let us know to do the same on their behalf.

We have landline phone / internet services available in all patient rooms, partner hotels, guest houses.

In order to make your stay comfortable and safe, we try our best to ensure that you get access to the best of facilities and accommodation. Once you confirm your treatment, our service team sends across the best accommodation options available to you. We also offer pick-up facility from the Airport, Railway Station or Bus Stand to the Guest house/hotel. For those who might require extended stay for rehabilitative purposes, we have special tie-ups with hotels to enable hassle-free extension.
